We are Legal Aid registered. All areas of Scots Criminal Law are covered under Legal Aid. We will assess whether you are eligible for Legal Aid – this is a financial assessment taking in to consideration your level of income and capital. Even if you are working, you may still be eligible for Legal Aid with a financial contribution.
If you are not eligible for Legal Aid, a tailored quote to meet the specific needs of your case will be provided and this sum will be agreed with you prior to any work being undertaken.
